1.Roasted chicken roulade, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese
Over roasted vegetable ragu and basil pesto cream sauce
2.Grilled swordfish over Jasmine rice, grilled asparagus, saffron tomato beurre blanc
3.Braised short rib over butternut squash puree, grilled asparagus, pomegranate red wine demi
4.Eggplant torte – eggplant layered with herb ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and roasted tomato marinara
